1. Do you support or oppose requiring families who home educate to register their children with either the state or their local public school district?
(Left Blank)
2. . Do you support or oppose requiring all children taught at home to take standardized achievement tests ach year?
(Left Blank)
3. What other requirements, if any, would you favor as a condition of a parent's right to teach his or her children at home?
(Left Blank)
4. Other comments that you wish to make on the subject of home education:
Parents should have the right to choose whether their children are educated in public school, charter school, or home school. If there is no registration or testing, there is no accountability for those parents who claim they are educating, and in fact, are inadequately educating their children. Those chidlren are being raised in underprivileged conditions and that is child abuse. These children slip thru the cracks and are dis-advantaged thru out life.
